Project leader Rose is leading a team to develop a design to turn the erosion in the school grounds into a rainwater fed food forest that will stabilise the ground and develop a yield that will help feed the school.
The plan is to transform the landscape into a learning resource for the school as well as a way to harvest the potential of the landscape.
In these pictures you will see them preparing the ground for what will be a tree nursery, to grow the trees that will ultimately form the food forest.
